Eddie Latter
The Person
Let through the net in the academic system, I had to find a path for myself that did not suit the mold of what was expected of me.
I knew I had a passion for working with young people/adults and the performing arts, so combined the two and have been working in this field for 30 years
There have been many ups and downs along the way, due to the nature of the charity sector and the financial pressures.
Many times I have considered changing fields, but my passion for this work has been far too strong and I believe where possible, we should do the work we love.
The work I have done has always included supporting the welfare of the participants and I firmly believe that everyone should be treated as an individual and given the best support to flourish in the way that best suits their needs.
That's what I believe I can help with.
No-one should be left behind!!!
